​Limited Warranty Coverage

Honest Appliance Service and Repair ("we," "us," "our") warrants the repair services performed and any parts provided to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 90 days from the date of the repair service.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

• The labor performed by our technicians during the repair service.

• The replacement parts installed by our technicians during the repair service.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Any pre-existing issues or conditions not addressed during the original repair service.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance.

• Appliances used for commercial purposes or any usage that exceeds normal household use.

• Subsequent damage to the appliance or other property resulting from defects covered by this warranty.

• Clogs of any kind.

• Cases of wrong usage or any damage caused directly or indirectly by the user.

• Instances where foreign objects enter the pumps, motors, or any other mechanical parts in the appliance.

• Any other parts on the replaced components.

• Issues encountered again for which a replacement part will need to be purchased.

Customer Responsibilities

To obtain warranty service, you must:

• Promptly notify us of any defect or failure covered by this warranty.

• Provide the original service invoice as proof of the repair service date.

• Allow our authorized technician to inspect and repair the defect within the warranty period.

Warranty Service

if a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option:

• Repair the defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.

• Refund the original repair service fee if we are unable to repair the defect after a reasonable number of attempts.

Limitations and Disclaimers

• This warranty does not apply after it has expired.

• This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective workmanship or parts provided by us. We disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original repair service fee paid. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
